Ceredigion agricultural shows and rural traditions

What to expect at a Ceredigion agricultural show

Agricultural shows bring together livestock, horses, produce, craft and practical rural skills. The mix varies between Ceredigion's larger shows and smaller community events, so choose from the current programme rather than an old schedule. They can offer a rewarding introduction to farming life as well as a day of competitions and displays.

Watch skill at work

Sheepdog trials, shearing and handling competitions reveal the training and knowledge behind everyday farming. Smaller village shows can be as rewarding as larger county gatherings.
