Choose a section of the Ceredigion Coast Path

The Ceredigion Coast Path links varied shorelines between Cardigan and Ynyslas. You can walk a short section, combine it with a village visit or plan a longer journey in stages. Check the official route and any diversions first: clifftop sections can involve substantial climbing even when the distance on the map looks short.

Head inland for a different day

Woodland paths, riverside routes and local town trails offer alternatives to the sea. More experienced walkers can explore the Cambrian Mountains, including the country around Pumlumon.

Plan the way back

Check route conditions, weather and any transport connection before setting out. Carry a suitable map, allow time for the terrain and consult current rights-of-way updates where closures or works may affect a walk.
